How are the service packages billed?
You will receive an invoice for your selected service package. The invoice for Jump start must be paid before the project begins. For the Basic and Premier packages, half of the total will be invoiced before the project starts, and the remaining half after project completion.
Can individual or additional services be ordered?
Yes, in consultation with our project manager or consultant, you can receive individual, additional advice or support. These services will be billed separately at the currently valid hourly rate.
Can I start without support?
You can fully start with Exxas without support. You'll complete the basic setup with the setup assistant in just a few minutes. However, HTML knowledge is necessary for designing your templates, such as quotes or invoices. Therefore, we recommend ordering the Jump start package to get started. With this, we'll set up Exxas with you so you can immediately send out quotes, invoices, credit notes, and more.
Can I also be supported by an Exxas partner?
Yes, absolutely. Our partners are highly trained to assist you with the implementation of Exxas. You'll find competent experts among our Exxas partners who can support you with workshops, data migrations, and training. Many of our partners offer the same or similar service packages.
