What's Included in the Subscription for IT Companies?
The listed subscription corresponds to the functionality of the "Service" package. This package provides the full functional scope of the platform for IT service providers, cloud providers, and software developers. You can create an unlimited number of users. For each subscription, one additional user can be logged into Exxas simultaneously. For example, with two (2) subscriptions for Exxas Service Cloud, you can have 15 users, but only two of these users can work with Exxas simultaneously. Why does Exxas license per concurrent user?
This model has significant advantages for our customers compared to the frequently used model where each user must be licensed. With the concurrent user model, you don't have to worry about whether the license is worthwhile for an employee. If team members do not need Exxas frequently or work part-time, their use does not incur high costs. As companies do not have to use shared user accounts with this model, each activity is assigned to a unique user. The invoice in Exxas was therefore created by "Thomas Muster" and not by the "Finance department".
