What makes payroll special and how much it costs

We also made sure that payroll is deeply integrated into the existing system. Payroll for up to 5 employees is included free of charge in all plans.
Payroll is integrated into everyday work
Managing employees, tracking working hours, processing expenses, or planning absences: these are all already familiar Exxas features. The new payroll functionality simply joins the existing features. It is not a separate tool or module, but fully integrated into the existing interface.
This makes setting up and managing payroll particularly easy—and significantly less prone to errors, because all employee data is stored in one place. Anyone already using Exxas will also find payroll in a familiar environment. Most employee data is already stored for time tracking and user management anyway.
Create payroll statements automatically
Once all the data has been entered, payroll for hundreds of employees can be processed with just a few clicks. During payroll runs, payroll statements for employees paid hourly or monthly are automatically calculated and generated. With the optional approval process, managers can easily review and approve payroll. Once posted, payroll statements are sent as PDFs to employees’ work or personal email addresses.
Everything is connected to the user account
Every small and midsize business (SMB) leader knows how complex and time-consuming management and HR tasks become once a company grows beyond 20 employees. At that point, department managers need access to employee data to manage and support their own teams. Running a business is much more effective when management, HR, managers, and employees work together on a single platform.
Exxas is the first human resources system to aggregate all employee data in a single account. From an employee’s user account, HR teams and managers can access all personal and additional data, absences, working hours, requests, expenses, employment information, payroll data, personal information, payroll statements, documents, performance reviews, contracts, as well as dashboards with KPIs and analytics. And all of it is clearly organized in a single interface. The user account history brings together all changes, activities, and communications.
Pricing
Payroll is already included in the Basic plan as part of the Human Resources feature area. All Basic, Pro, Commerce, Service, and Enterprise plans include five (5) employees for payroll. This means payroll statements can be created free of charge for five employees. Additional employees can be added for CHF 2.90 per month. The employee limit is increased across all entities in Exxas. This means payroll for 20 employees costs CHF 43.50 per month. With this plan, payroll can be processed for up to 20 employees in each entity. Starting at 30 additional employees, or CHF 87.00 per month, the number of employees is unlimited. No matter how many employees need to be paid, the cost will never exceed CHF 87.00 per month.
