More than 10,000 users work with Exxas every day. In 2025, Exxas 6.0 will be launched, releasing one of the most advanced ERP and CRM systems. The business platform now runs via three Swiss data centers.
In version 5.0, the business platform is expanded to include comprehensive accounting, the App Marketplace and configurable dashboards. Exxas therefore has the capacity to operate companies and organizations holistically via the platform. Kavin Dionis (2021), Nathalie Dutli (2021) and Diego Ciaramella (2022) have joined the company.
With Exxas 4.0, a completely redesigned user interface (UI) appears. This is also associated with the release of the API, which will connect dozens of apps in the following years. Exxas can now be fully deployed on smartphones and tablets. Growth has accelerated by 50%. More than 5,000 users now work with the Exxas platform, which is operated georedundantly via two Swiss data centers.
The mark of over a thousand users was broken. José Gerónimo (2017) and Niklas Schüler (2018) join Exxas and the company starts to scale.
500 users now use Exxas to manage their businesses every day. New functions are added almost every month. The development team is being expanded.
One year after the first release, a comprehensive CRM is added to the ERP system. Exxas is growing in the shadow of the IT company. Only 200 users use Exxas. However, the manageable number of users enables rapid development of the platform.
Two years after its founding, the two young entrepreneurs start developing Exxas. The first version of Exxas 1.0 is being introduced to the first customers after just four months of development. The small company has grown to six employees.
At the end of 2009, Stefan Dettwiler founded Exxo as a GmbH in the basement of his parents' house. The small company provides IT services for SMEs. Shortly after the company was founded, Pascal Jenni joined as a co-owner.
Stefan Dettwiler was 21 years old when he founded the company together with Pascal Jenni in 2009. In addition to his role as CEO, he focuses on strategic product and company development. From 2009 to 2025, Stefan also built up the cloud and service provider "Exxo" (exxo it-services AG), which was acquired by the Sequotech Group in 2023.
José Gerónimo joined Exxas in 2017 and has been responsible for operational business development ever since. Together with Stefan Dettwiler, José has overall responsibility for the company. José's team works on the regions and sectors, maintains an exchange with our customers and identifies development potential.
Pascal Jenni knows the Exxas code from the ground up, having founded the company together with Stefan Dettwiler in 2009. Pascal leads the development team and is responsible for the technologies used. Over the past 15 years, his focus has been on building and expanding the platform. Today, scalability has become just as important.
Kavin Dionis was born in the beautiful canton of St. Gallen and joined Exxas in 2021. At Exxas, AI stands for "Kavin Intelligence". Our Head of Architecture and Research is always working on the next big thing and placing experimental functions in Exxas. Together with Pascal Jenni and their team, they are driving the development of the business platform at an incredible pace.
In 2018, Niklas joined Exxas and took over the overall responsibility for the successful software implementation at our customers. Niklas is a true artist when it comes to data. No matter how time-consuming or complex a data migration was, no transfer has ever pushed him to his limits. Niklas is Head of Operations and introduces Exxas to our customers with his team.
Nathalie Dutli has managed our head office since 2021 and, together with her team, is the first point of contact for our customers. The back office team takes on many tasks such as office work, support and advice. Thanks to Nathalie and her team, our customers feel well looked after and our employees can concentrate on the front office work.
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, Diego Ciaramella joined Exxas in 2022. Since then, he has made a significant contribution to the company's positioning and image. Together with Stefan Dettwiler, Diego continues to develop the partner network and expand the ecosystem with solution partners.
In French-speaking Switzerland, Timothée Hostettler is responsible for market development together with Thierry Béhé. Together they form a well-coordinated team and are a key pillar of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland. With their market knowledge and customer proximity, they make a significant contribution to the successful development of the region.

Even back then, the two dreamed of an all-encompassing operating system for businesses. Entrepreneurship presented enough challenges as it was, so it would be nice if the entire operational business could be orchestrated on one platform. Just two years later, the first version of Exxas went live. Since then, the platform has been expanded and improved. Many companions and employees have joined the team over the last 15 years. Even today, the Exxas team has not yet reached its goal and still has many plans.
