Price adjustment for bookings
Not only have the prices for bookings been significantly reduced, but more than twice as many bookings per fiscal year are now included. In addition, the booking limit has been increased to packages of 5'000.
When we presented Exxas' financial accounting system in November 2023, we also introduced the current pricing model. We wanted to provide our customers with comprehensive accounting services at a price that fits into the budget of every SME. After about a year, we noticed that our assumptions were off and that many of our customers had more bookings in a fiscal year. With the new pricing model, we are now adjusting the costs downward. Customers who already use Exxas accounting were transferred to the new pricing model in March.
5'000 instead of 2'000 entries per fiscal year included
To ensure that micro-enterprises can generally manage with the included entries, we have increased the number to 5,000 entries. Regardless of the edition and the number of simultaneous users, each fiscal year receives 5'000 entries.
Increase booking limits
The limit of 5'000 bookings per fiscal year can be extended by 5,000 bookings per package for 45.-/month. The limit is automatically increased to the booked number for all clients and fiscal years. With 6 packages or for 270.-/month, the number of bookings is unlimited. The fiscal year with the most bookings is measured. If no more bookings are available, you will receive a notification when booking.
This means that Exxas accounting costs 45.- per month if you use more than 5'000 entries in a fiscal year. However, this amount also covers everything in the accounting system: unlimited number of clients, debtors/creditors (subledgers), e-banking, budget, cost centers, foreign currencies, asset accounting, accruals, and much more.
