New project controlling
With the new project controlling, you can now keep track of even very large projects. All subordinate activities, such as sub-projects, project phases or tasks, are included in the new controlling.
Projects in Exxas have already been able to contain sub-projects, tasks and service orders for several years. With update 4.3, we are releasing the new project controlling. This also includes the subordinate activities in the calculation. We have renamed the previous “controlling” to “post-calculation.”
When you open Project Controlling at the top project level, you can see at a glance in which sub-projects (e.g. sub-projects, project phases), service orders* and tasks how much budget has been planned and how much of it has been used.
You can click on the summed cells and see which cells were used to generate the sum. This makes it particularly easy to get started with professional project management.
