We are addressing the question of whether Exxas can be regarded as a digital job killer. Particular attention is paid to automating business processes and artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT). We analyse the fears and concerns that may arise when introducing ERP systems and discuss their justification. On the other hand, we use practical examples to show how automating business processes can help to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
