Dashboards

With the new dashboards, you can create and display reports using live data. Build your personal dashboard with just a few clicks or provide reports for each team or department. A wide variety of chart types are available to you. You can easily define the X and Y axes in the charts yourself.

Personal dashboard

Each user can create their own dashboard in their personal work area. You can choose the layout and size yourself. With drag & drop and flexible size adjustment, you have control over how your cockpit should look. With just a few clicks, a chart is added, the chart type is selected and the values are entered in the X and Y axes. Within a chart, filters can be set or groupings of column or bar charts can be created. With your personal dashboard, keep an eye on the key figures that you regularly need in everyday life.

Classic and creative chart types
In addition to classic chart types such as column charts, line charts or even pie charts, more creative charts are also available. This includes “tree maps” that allow you to see your most important customers or products at a glance. The “Cards” type is also available, which is ideal for evaluating a single key figure. This could be used to display, for example, the current annual or monthly turnover or the current total of open creditors. If you want to put individual key figures in context and evaluate the current level of goal achievement, you can do this using gauge measurement.

Team dashboards
With the dashboards, which are available for individual functional areas such as marketing, sales, projects, etc., you can create and share the most important evaluations once. This means that not every employee has to create dashboards for themselves if they are relevant to a team or are accessed regularly, for example for meetings. In sales, for example, sales opportunities, successful deals or won projects can be evaluated. Of course, financial figures such as payment and turnover evaluations can also be evaluated and visualized with charts.
